Booking an appointment is easy and convenient with our online scheduler. Please note: Most brow appointments are scheduled in 30 minute increments, there is only a 10 min grace period for each appointment. Clients arriving after 10 minutes from their appointment time will be considered a missed appointment! Please understand that we have to honor and respect client appointment times so this policy is strictly enforced.
Cancellations: In order to accommodate all clients wishing to be seen, our cancellation policy is as follows:
We value our customers and set aside time reserved for you exclusively. Should you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours in advance.
**Microblading Cancellations** Deposits are non-refundable. If you have to cancel another deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.
The following will apply if you do not cancel within 24 hours.
- Clients that fail to show will be charged a “No shows” fee, which is 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
- Clients giving 2 hours or less notice to cancel their appointment will be charged the full amount of the service.
- No show clients will not be re-booked until full payment of missed service is received. Credit card information will be required to reserve future appointments.
